Summary

A product built around event discovery, ticket selling, batch control, and validator operations in real usage scenarios.

Problem

The operation had to balance purchase experience, event rules, coupons, promoters, reversals, reporting, and access control without losing reliability.

Scope

I worked on front-end and back-end flows for events, batches, tickets, promoters, payments, admin routines, and operational validation.

Impact

The result was a platform better prepared to sell, manage, and validate event access with less friction between commercial, producers, and gate operations.

Architectural decisions

The ASP.NET Core foundation was split across API, Core, Infrastructure, and financial integrations such as Cielo and Sicoob, while the React/TypeScript front-end carried both commercial and administrative journeys.
