A digital front that combines commercial acquisition, organization-level configuration, and survey flows linked to psychosocial risk management and NR-1.
The challenge was to turn a sensitive regulatory topic into a product with clear sales positioning, admin structure, and real execution flows per company.
I worked across the full stack on landing pages, lead capture, NR-1 survey configuration, dashboards, and administrative journeys for organizations and users.
The product became more capable of communicating value, capturing B2B demand, and operationalizing NR-1 surveys and configuration with more clarity.
Architectural decisions
The architecture combines a Next.js front-end with admin areas, survey modules, and organization-specific configuration, backed by a modular .NET 8 service layer with integrations and inherited financial components.
