An evolving CRM handling leads, funnel, inbox, tasks, and executive visibility on a shared foundation serving more than one product front.
The product had to support the full commercial routine without breaking what was already live in Kryn while also making room for product-specific flows in CirurgiaJa.
I worked across the full stack, focusing on admin experience, leads, funnel, tasks, settings, conversations, and compatibility between the front-end and the shared back-end.
The system supports real operations around management teams, pipeline, leads, tasks, and inbox, bringing more clarity to sales and more predictability to production evolution.
Architectural decisions
The platform combines a modular .NET back-end with separate API, Core, Infrastructure, Quartz, and Z-API projects, while the React/TypeScript front-end organizes dashboards, commercial flows, and settings without breaking legacy contracts.
